Draft Broughton Neighbourhood Development Order (Broughton Neighbourhood Plan)
As part of the pre-submission consultation, views are invited upon the draft Neighbourhood Development Order, which is below. The consultation period runs for 6 weeks starting 14th June 2017. The closing date for representations is 26th July 2017 at 5pm:

A neighbourhood plan is a way of helping local communities to influence the planning of the area in which they live and work.

The development of the plan has to go through the following stages:
